HARDINGS YARD WORKSHOPS

Painting workshops in my Chipping Norton Studio.

 

Each pair of workshops are the same. Saturday repeats the Thursday.

We will be using acrylic paints, please bring your own, or borrow from me.

I will supply all papers/surfaces but you are welcome to bring a canvas.

​

Workshops begin at 12 midday and finish about 4.00pm

​

You can park in Hardings Yard on Saturdays, but not on Thursdays.(There is parking close by)

​

I can supply an unlimited amount of tea coffee biscuits and cake, and you are welcome to bring anything else you need.

​

We start this quarter exploring the potential of Blue. Considering the pitfalls, and finding some unusual mixes and contrasts. Linking with music and poetry.

​

July 6 + 8        Into the Blue. Exploring and mixing blues.

​

Aug 17+19        Summer Flowers.  Blowsy and extravagant.

                         I will bring armfuls of flowers into the studio…

​

Sept 14+16       Working with greens Mixing interesting greens. 

                         Adding contrasts and linking with music and poetry

​
